When a specific external destination is already visible in Tsuiseki, the fastest ordinary route is the Report this link action on that source card.

This process covers:

• Tsuiseki-owned pages, text, images, or other material alleged to infringe copyright;
• an external destination displayed by Tsuiseki;
• a title-to-provider mapping or exact chapter or episode destination;
• a complete external provider where broader action is reasonably justified.

External providers are independently operated. Tsuiseki can remove or disable its own link or mapping, but it cannot remove material from another provider's website. A rights holder may also need to contact that provider directly.

Tsuiseki may acknowledge a report, request missing information, preserve a bounded audit record, review the affected mapping and provider classification, and take one or more of these actions:

• disable one exact destination;
• remove or correct a title mapping;
• disable an entire provider;
• remove or replace Tsuiseki-owned material;
• dismiss a report that is incomplete, mistaken, abusive, or unsupported.

Urgent temporary disablement may occur before a complete legal determination. Removing a destination does not delete a user's Library progress.

Tsuiseki may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material through Tsuiseki-owned features or repeatedly use the Service to facilitate infringement. Public user publishing, comments, and arbitrary user-submitted reading or streaming URLs are not currently supported.

Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can cause harm and may create legal liability. Tsuiseki may restrict abusive reporters and preserve evidence needed to address fraud or harassment.
